Changes and cancellations must be made by email and are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation until 2 May 2023
  • Within 14 calendar days after the order confirmation, registration will be refunded in full without penalties.
• No refunds are made for cancellations requested after 2 May 2023.

The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies.
